There, the winemaker tends to the vines until the grapes are ripe and ready to be harvested.
Then begins the time of processing and care in the cellar until bottling.

Jesse Nies clearly explains the different steps in winemaking.
During a small excursion in the vineyard, you will gain insight into steep-slope cultivation and the current tasks involved
Additionally, you will learn the basics of wine sensory analysis through selected wine tastings.
