Wine Hiking Tour through the world-famous vineyards Rottland, Roseneck, and Schlossberg to Assmannshausen, continuing over the Höllenberg to the Pinot Noir estate Assmannshausen of the State Winery Kloster Eberbach. After a cellar tour in the estate, the path leads to the Niederwalddenkmal.

Description
From the meeting point at Rüdesheim train station, we will hike through the world-famous Riesling vineyards Rottland, Roseneck, and Schlossberg to Assmannshausen and over the Höllenberg to the Pinot Noir estate Assmannshausen of the State Winery Kloster Eberbach. After a cellar visit, we will hike steeply uphill to the endpoint of our hike, the Niederwalddenkmal.
In Rottland, after a welcome wine, we will taste two wines from the Rüdesheim vineyard locations. At the Assmannshausen estate, we will enjoy two Pinot Noir during a cellar tour. The conclusion on the Niederwald will be with a noble sweet Riesling.
Food (aside from the above-mentioned wines for tasting) will be at your own expense.
Individual return trip via cable car or on foot to Rüdesheim.

- length of the hike approx. 12km, moderately difficult tour with an elevation difference of approx. 250m
