Welcome to the BUGA hiking event on May 10th and 11th in and around Oberwesel. In addition to diverse guided tours, you can expect individually walkable routes, including DVV ratings on Sunday, May 11, 2025.

Look forward to the guided tour with wine tasting with district administrator Volker Boch on Saturday afternoon! This can be booked here.

The first tours are already bookable. It is best to book your desired tour directly - the number of participants is limited!

In addition to the hikes, there will be a bouncy castle, family tours, a performance by the renowned Oberwesel choir "Carduelis" on Saturday afternoon, and many other surprises for the whole family as part of a varied supporting program on both days.

Short-term construction work has been announced on the left Rhine route. A replacement bus service will be set up for some connections.
We will inform you as soon as specific information about the schedules is available. For those arriving by car, parking spaces are available at the B9 and additionally on Sundays at REWE, Im Tuchscheren.
