Municipal Stage Lahnstein
Between 1527 and 1606, the building used to be the borderland farm of the Lords of Nassau-Sporkenburg. Since 1998, it has been accommodating the Municipal Stage Lahnstein (Städtische Bühne Lahnstein) that quickly developed into one of the cultural centres of the area. The theatre offers a multifarious programme: theatre, cabaret, concerts and readings as well as children's and youth theatre. In the lobby, the theatre hosts annually changing exhibitions by local and national artists.
