The castle chapel in Reichenberg has an old history.

The first mention dates back to the year 1380, but an altar was already established here in 1371.
The chapel took on its current form between 1737 and 1738, and the pulpit is also from 1737.
The images of the apostles on the gallery railings are truly worth seeing.

The castle itself was built in the early 14th century, but unfortunately, there were repeated accidents: In 1813, the southern shield wall tower collapsed. Despite restorations in 1912 and from 1956, the northern tower also collapsed in 1971.
