Bad Hönninger is a medium-sized family business with the juice expertise of three generations. With a consistent and sophisticated product mix of juice, wine, sparkling wine, fruit wine and cocktails. Thanks to the partnership-based support of our resellers and the loyalty of our customers, Bad Hönninger has been delighting discerning connoisseurs for 100 years.
Over a century of experience in the cidery trade: Our juice manufactory was founded in 1918 and is now run in the third generation by Birgit Becker-Rösler and Managing Director Hans J. Freund. With a great deal of commitment and a love of high-quality products, the small press house developed over the years into a highly modern company.
Today, we produce fresh, delicious and high-quality fruit juices, vegetable juices and nectars by combining the classic craft of juice production with contemporary processing methods.
From local varieties such as apples, grapes, carrots or rhubarb to exotic fruits such as pineapple, banana or passion fruit: we have more than 50 varieties in our range - including 19 direct juices - which we supply to specialist retailers and the catering trade under the traditional Bad Hönninger® and Pauly Rath® brands.
